Privacy policy
This text is a working draft and is subject to review by a qualified legal professional for the applicable jurisdiction before launch.
Controller
Personal data submitted through this website is processed by Ruslan Petrosian as an independent business operator.
Data collected
Information you provide through the inquiry and access-request forms: name, company, email, country, project details and any optional fields you complete. Private Desk also stores your confidentiality preference and separate NDA request. If you request an NDA, submit only a high-level, non-sensitive summary until an NDA is agreed; the request itself is not a binding agreement. A one-way hash of your connection address is stored briefly to prevent abuse.
Purpose
Data is used solely to review and respond to your request and to prepare any resulting engagement. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent given when submitting the form, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into an agreement.
Website chat
Chat messages and the name and email required to start a new conversation are stored in the same secured database. To let Ruslan respond quickly, new chat messages and form notifications are relayed to a private, invitation-only Telegram group administered by Ruslan; Telegram processes that content under its own privacy policy. Private Desk notifications omit the project description. Inactive chats are deleted after 12 months.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in a secured database that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the site owner.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting engagement, or until you ask for deletion, unless longer retention is legally required.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request through the contact form.
Disclosure
Data is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where disclosure to banks, regulators, customs or other legally authorised parties is mandatory.
